rings

Rings .... nobody hates them. They are a necessary accessory to give your outfit the detail it lacked. i know ladies love, love, love diamonds.
this ring is nice, the blue diamond is striking. Diamond rings are normally given as a sign of love and commitment. they are used for wedding rings and men's rings of the firm. this would be a lovely engagement ring.

most of you don't know about the locally available stones we have. like the Tsavorite for example. from its name you can just get that its obtained from Tsavo National Park region. its a nice elegant green mineral.

this ring is made using a Tsavorite and brilliant white diamonds. This ring looks good and the gemstones look spectacular. the hand-engraved ring was honored with a first prize place at a recent jewelry design competition in New Hampshire Jewelers Association.

The 18kt gold band of the ring,  and the platinum and gold cross rungs beneath the gemstones,  are hand engraved.  Hand engraving a ring like this requires an artist's eye for detail,  a steady hand and patience.  Engraving a ring like this can take several days on the jeweler's bench.  To add just a little bit more elegance and sparkle,  the edges of the band and the cross rungs have been hand milgrained.   even from a different angle this ring looks spectacular!!

this  is awesome, now i have completely changed my mind about getting a diamond ring. i want a tsavorite with diamonds at the centre or around it.

Another locally available stone is the Tanzanite. this is a lovely blue/purple variety of the mineral zoisite which was discovered in the Mererani hills of nothern Tanzania in the city of arusha and mount kilimanjaro. it is noted for its strong trichroism appearing alternatively sapphire blue, violet and burgundy depending on crystal orientation. the following photo shows how a tanzanite looks like

lets have a moment of silence for this ring (quiet moment can even hear a pin drop)
This striking ring is beautifully handcrafted in 18kt gold and platinum and features an oval tanzanite set in a dramatic platinum mounting. This beautiful ring has many fine details that should not be missed.  The rear of the golden niches have a stippled finish to create a better contrast with the polished platinum scrolls.  And,  the edges along the channel-set diamonds are milgrained for an elegant dash of sparkle.  It is in the small details that fine jewels excell!

this ring is as striking from the side as it is from the top.the centre tanzanite and the diamonds on the side are set in a flowing cascade of sparkle. you can just imagine having that ring on your finger and because blue is my favorite color i know i will look good...Lol. the warm tones of gold beautifully contrast with the cool brilliance of platinum and diamonds. work of this calibre is rare but absolutely great to making good jewellery.
