i love eye make up. i cannot leave the house without it especially the eye liner. i have tiny eyes so the eye liner/eye pencil makes my eyes pop. people say the eyes are the windows to the heart i dunno if that is true or not. Moving on ... the eye make up is an art that needs to be mastered.
